• Orders are confirmed through WhatsApp, phone call, SMS, or email.
• Customers must provide accurate details including:

  • Contact Number
  • Complete Address
  • City
  • Area Name
  • Location (if required)
• Unverified orders may be cancelled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
• Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on selected products and locations.
• Customers must be available to receive their parcel.
• Refusing a confirmed COD order without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future orders.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping charges may apply unless the mistake was made by TechZee Shop.
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage are not eligible for return.

7. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

8. Warranty

• Warranty information, if applicable, will be mentioned on the product page.
• Physical damage, water damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs void any warranty.

Orders may be processed only after payment verification for prepaid purchases.
